Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata No. 9 (reserve) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 28th day of August, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to J. Cumpstone and D. M. Ross, both of Kiokio, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata No. 18b Section 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 28th day of August, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Whautapu Onoroa, of Otorohanga, for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 4s. during the remainder of the term.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu East No. 2 Section 4b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 29th day of August, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to William Vicary, of Otorohanga, for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu West No. 2a Section 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 28th day of August, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Wetera Eketone, of Otorohanga, for forty-two years, at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 4s. per acre for the remaining twenty-one years. No compensation for improvements.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 35i Section 3b No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 29th day of August, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“(1.) That the land be leased to Alfred Vaughan Snadden, of Te Kuiti, for forty-two years, at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre per annum for the remaining twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the land be leased to F. Baker, of Te Kuiti, for forty-two years, at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre per annum for the remaining twenty-one years.
“No compensation for improvements.”
