tive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as Tokirima Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
TOKIRIMA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 18 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 39, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 23, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1045·3 links; towards the east by Section 23 aforesaid, 1372·1 links; towards the south by Section 24, Block XIV aforesaid, 1651·4 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26, Block XIV aforesaid, 1500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1680/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 45 acres and 5 perches, more or less, being Section 23, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District. Bounded towards the north and east generally by the Tokirima Road, 4112·4 links; towards the south by Section 24, Block XIV, Ohura Survey District, 1539·7 links; towards the west by Section 39, Block XIV aforesaid, 1372·1 links; again towards the south by Section 39 aforesaid, 1045·3 links; and towards the north-west by Section 26, Block XIV aforesaid, 1717·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1680/1B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Patutahi Road Board declared a Leasing Authority under the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of July, 1911.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Patutahi Road Board is a body of persons having power to lease land held in trust, reserved, or set apart for public purposes, and has requested the Governor in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in compliance with such request, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the above-mentioned Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Patutahi Road Board is a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.

Regulations prescribing Forms to be used under the Destitute Persons Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of July, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section seventy-six of the Destitute Persons Act, 1910, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time by Order in Council make regulations prescribing the forms to be used in all judicial proceedings under the said Act, and all forms so prescribed, and all forms to the like effect, shall be valid and effectual:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section seventy-six of the Destitute Persons Act, 1910, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe the forms set forth in the Schedule hereto as the forms to be used in all judicial proceedings under the said Act.

SUMMONS TO THE DEFENDANT UPON A COMPLAINT.
Under the Destitute Persons Act, 1910.

WHEREAS a complaint has this day been made before the undersigned, __, one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for New Zealand, for that you, the said __.
This is to command you to appear on __ day, the __ day of __, 191, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Magistrate’s Court, __, before such Stipendiary Magistrate as may then be there, to show cause why a __ order should not be made against you, in accordance with the statute in such case made and provided.

THE information of __, of __, in the Dominion of New Zealand, taken upon oath, this __ day of __, 191, before me, __, Esquire, one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace for New Zealand, who says that, by a maintenance order made under the authority of the statutes in that behalf, at __, on the day of __, 191, by __, Esquire, a Stipendiary Magistrate for New Zealand, sitting at __ aforesaid, __, of __, was directed and ordered to pay to the Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court for the time being at __ aforesaid, for the maintenance of the said [State effect of order], the sum of __ per __; the first of such payments to be made on the __ day of __, 191, and that the said __ has without reasonable cause made default for fourteen days in payment of moneys payable under the said order, and that there is now in arrear for the same the sum of __ pounds __ shillings and __ pence due up to the day of __, 191____.
