to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a
Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said
Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the
eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
twenty-third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
one, certain powers were delegated to the Tuakau Domain
Board for a period of ten years:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the Tuakau Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby appoint
JOHN COLLINS,
CHARLES DRUMGOOLD,
JOHN POLAND,
WILLIAM BOOKER,
HUGH McGUIRE,
WALTER GUBB, and
JOHN LAPWOOD,
as from the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, to be the Tuakau Domain Board, hav-
ing the control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of
the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the
sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
eleven, at seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the
Tuakau Schoolroom, as the place where, the first meeting
of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TUAKAU DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 37 acres 1 rood 39 perches, more or less,
being Allotment No. 45, Parish of Tuakau, Block IV,
Onewhero Survey District. Bounded towards the north-
east by a public road, 100 links wide, 3155 links; to-
wards the south-east by a public road, 100 links wide,
1741 links ; towards the south-west by a public road,
100 links wide, 3023 links; and towards the north-west by
a public road, 200 links wide, 738-5 links : be all the afore-
said linkages more or less : as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. 1243, deposited in the Head Office, De-
partment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waipuku
Domain.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-
fifth day of July, 1911.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the
said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control
of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the
twenty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-four, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the seventh day of January, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-five, certain powers were delegated to
the Waipuku Domain Board, no period being stated:
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the
period for which the said Board shall hold office will
expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and eleven:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the Waipuku Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby appoint
ALBERT ADLAM,
JETHRO FENWICK,
PETER THOMPSON,
ANDREW COUTTS, and
GEORGE CHARLES BLANCHARD,
as from the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, to be the Waipuku Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions
of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint
Tuesday, the fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as
the time when, and Mr. George Charles Blanchard's resi-
dence, Waipuku, as the place where, the first meeting of
the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WAIPUKU DOMAIN.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres and 12 perches, more or less,
being Sections Nos. 45, 47, 49, 51, Waipuku Village,
Block IX, Huiroa Survey District, and bounded as fol-
lows : On the north by Fookes Street, 350 links; on the
east by Sections 46, 48, 50, and 52, Waipuku Village,
596 links; on the south by Section 7, Block IX, Huiroa
Survey District, 350 links; and on the west by McMillan
Street, 596 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1018,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

wood Domain.

Part II of the said Act, control of any public domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixth
day of September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-
seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
ninth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-seven, certain powers were delegated to the Norse-
wood Domain Board, no period being stated:
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the
period for which the said Board shall hold office will
expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and eleven:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the Norsewood Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby appoint
THE NORSEWOOD TOWN BOARD,
as from the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, to be the Norsewood Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions
of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint
Friday, the first day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, as the time when, and the Town
Board Office, Norsewood, as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
NORSEWOOD DOMAIN.
All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, contain-
ing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods 33 perches, more or
less, being Section No. 174, Block V, Takapau Survey
District. Bounded towards the north-east by a road-line,
a distance of 922-7 links; towards the south-east by Sec-
tion 78, a distance of 569 links; towards the south-west
by Section 62, a distance of 919 links; and towards the
