Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene, Hokianga, on Tuesday, the 14th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to Jerome Weetman for a term of ten years, with a right to cut and remove timber at a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangamuka West No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, Hokianga, on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to Frank Jacentho and John Jacentho for a term of fifteen years, with a right to cut and remove timber on payment of a royalty of 1s. 7d. per 100 superficial feet.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura No. 2b, No. 1b, No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, Hokianga, on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to Thomas William Jordon, of Utakura, for a term of two years, with a right to fell and remove timber at a royalty of 4d. per 100 superficial feet, but such payment to be not less than £10 in each year.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karawa No. 3c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 10th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to Arthur Thayer Close, of Te Ahuahu, for a term of twenty-five years, at a rental of £13 per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-five years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungaturoto will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 10th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be leased to Arthur Thayer Close, of Te Ahuahu, for twenty-five years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-five years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mautakirua will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Friday, the 10th day of February, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be sold to Frank Dickeson, of Kaikohe, for the sum of £8 per acre.”
