“ That portion of the said block be leased to J. H. D. Rutledge, and that a further portion of the said block be leased to William R. Rutledge: both leases to be for a period of thirty years, with the right of renewal for a further period of twenty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre for the first ten years, 1s. 6d. per acre for the second ten years, and 2s. per acre for the third ten years; and for the renewal term of £5 per centum per annum of the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the first term of thirty years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papahaoa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore, Opotiki, on Wednesday, the 8th day of February, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to J. H. D. Rutledge for a period of thirty years, with the right of renewal for a further period of twenty years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty years, and 2s. per acre for the next ten years; and for the renewal term of £5 per centum of the unimproved value of the said land at the end of the said first term of thirty years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiteti No. 2, Section 2B No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu, on Tuesday, the 14th day of February, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased with a right of purchase to John Dalbeth, the younger, of Otorua, farmer, for a period of twenty-five years, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-five years, at an annual rental for the first twenty-five years of £5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the land according to the Government valuation, but in any case the said rental to be not less than 1s. per acre per annum, and for the second twenty-five years at an annual rental of £5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the said land according to Government valuation at the end of the said first period of twenty-five years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Puke No. 2A No. 2B2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tamatekapua, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 14th day of February, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said block be leased to Thomas Patrick Lemon, of Te Puke, settler, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental, payable yearly in advance, of not less than £5 per cent. on the unimproved value according to Government valuation, or not less than 4s. per acre per annum, whichever is the greater.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairau No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa, on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Amos Fisher, of Paeroa, farmer, for the sum of £900.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru No. 2E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, on Friday, the 10th day of February, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Eveline Coxhead, of Miranda, for the sum of £375.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pouarua-Pipiroa No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, on Friday, the 10th day of February, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the said land be leased to H. R. Cooke for a term of twenty-one years at the following rentals: For the first seven years, £100 per annum; for the second seven years, £150 per annum; and for the third seven years, £200 per annum.
“ (2.) That the said land be sold to H. R. Cooke for £4 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumata maukuuku will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa, on Friday, the 17th day of February, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to John Alexander Lindesey Hall, of Kawakawa, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of £15 per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value, but not to be less than £15 per annum.”
