SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 210, Suburbs of Gisborne. Bounded towards the north-east by Childer’s Road, 200 links; towards the south-east by Lot 2 of the said Section 210, 498·26 links; towards the south-west by other part of the said Section 210, 201·4 links; and towards the north-west by Section 209, 498·26 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58628/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land temporarily reserved for a Resting-place for Travelling Stock in Block I, Tongoi o Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a resting-place for travelling stock.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section 13, Block I, Tongoi o Survey District (Tongoi o Settlement). Bounded towards the north by a public road, 580·9 links, and towards the east, south, and west by Section 7, Block I, Tongoi o Survey District (Tongoi o Settlement), 758·9, 790·1, and 729·5 links respectively; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 19399/59, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land temporarily reserved for a Railway Ballast-pit in the Westland Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.

Bounded towards the north by a railway reserve, 459·8 links; towards the east by Crown lands, 800 links (approximate); towards the south by Crown lands, 300 links (approximate); and towards the west by Reefton Road, 810 links (approximate): be the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5470/2, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Maungatawhiri River and its Tributaries, Auckland Land District, notified under the Timber-floating Act, 1908.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the second section of the Timber-floating Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the undermentioned river and its tributaries may be used under license for the purposes of the said Act.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Block II, Lyndon Survey District, Canterbury Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS the provisions and requirements of the seventh section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, have been duly complied with in respect of the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto: And whereas notices in the Gazette have been duly published for four consecutive weeks, and laid before Parliament, as provided by the said section of the said Act: And whereas no resolution of either House of Parliament has been passed that such House does not concur in the intention declared in any such notice:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Act aforesaid, do hereby change the specific purpose of the portion of the reserve described in the second column of the Schedule hereto from that named in the first column to that named in the third column of the said Schedule.
