Regulations under the Shops and Offices Act, 1908, and its Amendments.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of January, 1911.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon him by the Shops and Offices Act, 1908 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the regulations made under the said Act by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:---

The notice of appeal under section 34 of the said Act from a requisition of an Inspector shall be in the form S. and O. 1/A in the Schedule hereto.

The notice by the Clerk of the Court to the parties of the time for the hearing of such appeal shall be in the form S. and O. 1/B in the Schedule hereto.

The notice of extended time worked in hotels and restaurants under section 5 of the Shops and Offices Act, 1910, shall be in the form S. and O. 2/A in the Schedule hereto.

The notice of accumulated holidays allowed in hotels and restaurants under section 7 of the said Amendment Act, 1910, shall be in the form S. and O. 3/A in the Schedule hereto.

The holiday-book to be kept in hotels and restaurants under section 9 of the said Amendment Act, 1910, shall be in the form S. and O. 3/B in the Schedule hereto.

The wages and time book to be kept in shops under section 12 of the said Amendment Act, 1910, shall be either in the form S. and O. 4/A or in the form S. and O. 4/B in the Schedule hereto.

The application for registration of each shop in the name of one person as occupier under section 13 of the said Amendment Act, 1910, shall be in the form S. and O. 5/A in the Schedule hereto.

NOTICE OF APPEAL
(From Requisition of Inspector of Factories).
In the matter of the Shops and Offices Act, 1908, and of a requisition by , of , an Inspector under the said Act, dated the day of , 191 .
NOTICE is hereby given that I [or we], , the occupier upon whom the said requisition has been served, consider such requisition to be unreasonable, and desire to appeal therefrom. The grounds of the appeal are set forth in the attached memorandum, marked "A." A true copy of the said requisition is also attached hereto, marked "B."

NOTE.---Section 6 (2): This notice must be given to an Inspector at least twenty-four hours before the arrangement comes into force.
(3.) Any such arrangement may be terminated by the occupier at any time, or by the assistant on giving to the occupier seven days' notice of his desire to terminate the same.
(4.) Notice in writing of such termination shall, within two days thereafter, be given by the occupier to an Inspector.
