Districts constituted under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1908.

ISLINGTON, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor by the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing registration districts known as the Waitara, Patea, Waverley, Wanganui, Pleasant Point, and Mount Cook Districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into seven registration districts, the names whereof shall be the Waitara, Whangamomona, Patea, Waverley, Wanganui, Pleasant Point, and Mount Cook Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names, as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908.
And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the first day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-third day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
