SCHEDULE.

Kawhia Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the north-east by a right line bearing south 35° (true) east from the Aotea Harbour to Trig. Station R in Block VI, Kawhia North Survey District; then by the south-western boundary-line of Native Block No. 6096(7) (containing 88 acres 1 rood 27 perches) to the stream forming the north-western boundary of Mangaora Block; then towards the south-east generally by that stream to the Kawhia Harbour; then by the Kawhia Harbour to the north head of the said Kawhia Harbour; then towards the west by the sea to the south head of the Aotea Harbour; then towards the north generally by the Aotea Harbour to the place of commencement.

Matakowhai Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the south-west and north-west by the Raglan County as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 132, of the 15th December, 1883, from the Aotea Harbour to the Waitetuna River; then towards the east generally by the said Raglan County to the northernmost corner of the Forest Reserve in Block II, Pirongia Survey District; then towards the east and generally towards the south by the boundary of the Moerangi Block to the boundary of the Kawhia Riding hereinbefore described; then towards the south-west by the said Kawhia Riding to the Aotea Harbour; and then towards the west generally by the Aotea Harbour to the place of commencement.

Oparau Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the north generally by the Matakowhai Riding, hereinbefore described, from the boundary of the Kawhia Riding to the Raglan County boundary as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 15th December, 1883; then towards the east generally by the said Raglan County and the Waitomo County as described in the First Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904, to the Pirongia-Kawhia Road at the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block IX, Pirongia Survey District; then towards the south by the said road; then towards the west and south by Section 16, Block IX, Pirongia Survey District, again towards the west and south by Sections 14 and 13, Block IX, Pirongia Survey District; then towards the east and south by the said Section 13, and towards the south by Section 1, Block XII, Kawhia North Survey District, Crown land (58 acres), and Te Kauri No. 1c No. 2, Section 2, to the south-eastern corner of the Waihinu Block; then towards the west by the said Waihinu Block to the Okupata Stream; then towards the south generally by the said Okupata Stream to the Oparau River; then by the said Oparau River to the Kawhia Harbour; then by the Kawhia Harbour to the boundary of the Kawhia Riding hereinbefore described; and then towards the south-west by the said Kawhia Riding to the place of commencement.

Te Kauri Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the north generally by the Oparau Riding, hereinbefore described, from the Kawhia Harbour to the Waitomo County boundary as described in the First Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904; then towards the east and south by the said Waitomo County to a point on the Kaimango Road due north of the north-eastern corner of Section 1, Block IV, Kawhia South Survey District; then towards the south by the said Kaimango Road to the eastern boundary of Hauturu West No. 1 Block (6530); then towards the west and south generally by the said Hauturu West No. 1 Block to the northernmost corner thereof; then towards the south-east by part of the north-western boundary of Hauturu West No. 1a Block (6527) to the southernmost corner of Section 4, Block XVI, Kawhia North Survey District; then towards the south-west by the south-western boundary of the said Section 4; then towards the south by the southern boundary of Sections 2 and 5, Block XVI, Kawhia North Survey District, to the Kauri Road; then by the said road to the Awaroa River; then by the said Awaroa River to the Kawhia Harbour; and then by the said Kawhia Harbour to the place of commencement.

Awaroa Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the north-east by Te Kauri Riding, hereinbefore described, from the Kawhia Harbour to the Waitomo County boundary as described in the First Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904; then towards the east generally by the said Waitomo County to the northern boundary of the Awakino County as described in the Second Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904; then towards the south generally by the said Awakino County to a point on the south-western boundary-line of Section 3, Block XII, Kawhia South Survey District, due east of the easternmost corner of Section 3, Block X, Kawhia South Survey District; then towards the south-west by the Taumatatotara Block to the southernmost corner of Hauturu West G No. 2 Section 2B Block (6526); then towards the west by the said Hauturu West G No. 2 Section 2B Block and Crown land to the Toi Stream at the north-western corner of Section 3, Block III, Kawhia South Survey District; then by the said Toi Stream to the Rakaunui Inlet; then by the said Rakaunui Inlet to the Kawhia Harbour; and then by the said Kawhia Harbour to the place of commencement.

Waiharakeke Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the east by the Awaroa Riding, hereinbefore described, from the Rakaunui Inlet to the Awakino County boundary as described in the Second Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904; then towards the south generally by the said Awakino County to the south-eastern corner of Section 3A, Block IX, Kawhia South Survey District; then towards the west by the said Section 3A and Section 3, Block IX, Kawhia South Survey District; then towards the south by the said Section 3 to the south-eastern corner of Section 2, Block V, Kawhia South Survey District; then towards the west by the said Section 2 to the Taumatatotara West Road; then by the said Taumatatotara West Road to the Mahoenui-Kawhia Road; then by the last-mentioned road to the Oteke Stream; then by the said stream to the Kawhia Harbour; and then by the said Kawhia Harbour and the Rakaunui Inlet to the place of commencement.

Taharoa Riding.

All that area in the Kawhia County bounded towards the east generally by the Waiharakeke Riding, hereinbefore described, from the Kawhia Harbour to the Awakino County boundary as described in the Second Schedule to the Waitomo County Act, 1904; then towards the south generally by the said Awakino County to the mouth of the Marokopa River; then towards the west and north generally by the sea to the south head of the Kawhia Harbour; and then towards the north generally by the Kawhia Harbour to the place of commencement.

The above special order was passed at a special meeting of the Kawhia County Council held on the 6th day of May, 1911, and confirmed at a meeting of the said Council held on the 10th day of June, 1911.

WAIPUKURAU TOWN BOARD.

Special Order.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 18, subsection (1), of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and any amendments thereto, the Waipukurau Town Board hereby resolves: That the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £1,600, authorized to be raised at a poll of ratepayers held on Wednesday, the 23rd day of February, 1910, for the purpose of duplicating the gas plant, extending the mains, and refunding to general revenue the amount spent on capital account, be provided out of the general fund during the currency
