MAUNSELL, of Hamilton, and formerly of Opotiki, Clerk
in Holy Orders, for Allotment 415 of the Parish of Waiotahi,
having been lodged with me, and application made to issue
a provisional certificate of title, and also to register a trans-
mission of such land to the Public Trustee, notice is hereby
given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of
title, and to register the transmission accordingly, at the
expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.
