In the matter of an appeal by Henry Willoughby from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated 2nd March, 1910, appointing successors to Heni Willoughby, deceased, in the Pukepapa E and other blocks; and in the matter of an appeal by Panapa Waihopi from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated 4th March, 1910, appointing successors to the personal estate of Heni Willoughby, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that, with the leave of a Judge, the above appeals have been withdrawn by the respective appellants.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 3A No. 3B Section 4 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakarewarewa, on Saturday, the 22nd day of July, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 3A Section 3A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waiotapu, on Monday, the 24th day of July, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“(1.) That the northern half of the said land, excepting the portion lying between the eastern boundary and the main coach-road, be leased to Thomas William Hughes; or, in the alternative
“(2.) That such land be sold to Thomas William Hughes.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders will be received at the office of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, Auckland, up to 5 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 9th August, 1911, for the purchase of the several lands named in the First Schedule hereto; and that written tenders will also be received at the same time and place for leases of the several lands named in the Second Schedule hereto for a term of twenty-two years and a half, with right of renewal for a further term of twenty-three years.
