A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Wellington City Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as streets the land in Section 1, Harbour District, described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the streets described in the Second Schedule hereto, which are not required by reason of the streets described in the First Schedule hereto.

Land taken for a Further Portion of the Coal Creek Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a further portion of the Coal Creek Railway:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.
