Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby temporarily
reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for
a public school.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 8 acres and 7 perches, more or less,
being Section 55, Block XI, Tapapa Survey District
(Selwyn Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east by
Section 54, Block XI, Tapapa Survey District, and a
public road along the Waiomou Stream, 516.6, 502.4, and
707.4 links; towards the south by the said road and
Section 51, Block XI aforesaid, 589.3 and 1060.2 links
respectively; and towards the north-west by a public
road 100 links wide, 877.7 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 19315/508, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
purple (Auckland Plan No. 13645, blue).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this first day of June, one thousand nine hun-
dred and eleven.

Land temporarily reserved for Purposes of Public
Recreation in the Town of Otautau, Southland Land
District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first sec-
tion of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the
Governor may from time to time, either by general or par-
ticular description, and whether the same has been surveyed
or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that
the same may be then held under pastoral license, any
Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of
the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve
from sale the land in the Southland Land District de-
scribed in the Schedule hereunder written, for purposes of
public recreation.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 roods 7 perches, more or less,
being part of Section No. 11, Block VII, Town of Otautau.
Bounded towards the north-east by Hulme Street, 1121
links; towards the south by Section No. 8, 998 links;
and towards the west by Section No. 10, 510.8 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 1167/16, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this first day of June, one thousand nine hun-
dred and eleven.

admeasurement 1 rood 12 perches, more or less, being Sec-
tion 40, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-west by the main north road, 315
links; towards the north-east by a road fronting the
Kakanui River, 259.2 links; and towards the south by
Section 41 of said Block VII, 261.5 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. 1236/8, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red. For a fishing reserve.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing
by admeasurement 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being
Section 41, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District. Bounded
towards the north by Section 40 of said Block VII,
261.5 links; towards the east by a road fronting the
Kakanui River, 220 links; towards the south generally by
part of Section 2 of 22 (Crown land) of said block, 334.1,
96.8, and 61 links; and towards the north-west by the
main North Road, 315 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. 1236/8, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
For a site for a public pound.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this third day of June, one thousand nine hun-
dred and eleven.

Notice of Intention to change the Purpose of Portions of a Reserve in the Town of Reefton, Nelson Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, it is, amongst other things, enacted that the
Governor may declare his intention to change, exchange, or alter the dedication of any public reserve now or here-
after vested in His Majesty or the Governor for any of the purposes named in Class II of the Second Schedule to the said
Act, whether the same be granted or not; and in the case of any reserve made under the authority of section three
hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to change
the purpose for which such reserve was set apart to any other purpose, or if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor,
be expedient to exchange any of the land comprised in such reserve for other land of equal value, to be dedicated to
one or more of the purposes named in the said Class II, the Governor may, by notice gazetted, make such change,
exchange, or dedication, as the case may be, and in such notice declare the manner and terms in which the same is
intended to be so made:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, aforesaid, declare my intention to change the specific purpose of the portions of the reserve described
in the second column of the Schedule hereto from that named in the first column of the said Schedule to those
named respectively in the third column of the said Schedule.
