Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.


REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 13 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 16th day of May, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to Mary Stewart for forty-two years, at 1s. 6d. per acre for twenty-one years, and 2s. 6d. per acre for the last twenty-one years, with right to purchase.

REGULATION No. 48.


THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino A No. 17 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 16th day of May, 1911, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be leased to Robert Henry Stewart for forty-two years : twenty-one years at 1s. 6d. per acre, and the remaining twenty-one years at 2s. 6d. per acre; compensation for improvements, and right to purchase at £1 10s. per acre during the first ten years.”

“That the said land be leased to George Panton Finlay for forty-two years : twenty-one years at 1s. 6d. per acre, and the remainder of the term of twenty-one years at 2s. 6d. per acre, with right of purchase.”

“That the said land be leased to Frederick Audibon Barker for forty-two years : twenty-one years at 1s. 6d. per acre, and the remainder of the term of twenty-one years at 2s. 6d. per acre; compensation for improvements, and right of purchase during the first ten years at £1 10s. per acre.”

“That the said land be leased to Frederick Audibon Barker for forty-two years, with a right of purchase at £1 10s. per acre during the first ten years of the term; rent 1s. 6d. per acre for twenty-one years, and 2s. 6d. per acre for the remainder of the term of twenty-one years, and compensation for improvements.”
