Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VIII, Paeroa Survey District, for Forest-plantation Purposes.


NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for forest-plantation purposes. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Waiotapu, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, Wellington.

Forbidding Money-order and Postal Correspondence for Aluminium Manufacturing Company and Comme-ford's Mail-dealers' Collection Agency, Sydney.


THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the company and the agency whose respective names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in a fraudulent business, it is hereby ordered, under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of the said company or the said agency shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said company or the said agency (either by its own or any fictitious or assumed name), or to the manager, secretary, or other officer of the said company or the said agency, or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered, forwarded, or delivered by the Post Office of New Zealand.
