Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IV, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee and mortgagee of the Crown land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Te Mata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Hurunui–Waitaki Railway (branch from the racecourse to Southbridge, with a sub-branch to Little River, and thence to Akaroa) to take further land at Kaituna, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation dated the 1st day of March, 1911, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 17, page 882, of 9th March, 1911, taking land for the purposes of waterworks in Block XV, Patutahi Survey District, Cook County, for “Chairman, Burgesses, and Inhabitants” read “the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses.”
