Raglan, and the Board thereof abolished.
The above resolution was duly passed as a special order
at a special meeting of the Raglan County Council held
at Ngaruawahia on the 24th day of November, 1910, and
confirmed at a special meeting of the said Council held at
Raglan on the 9th day of January, 1911.
The common seal of the Raglan County Council has here-
unto been affixed, this 9th day of January, 1911, in the

momona County Council, is published in accordance
with the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908.

WHANGAMOMONA COUNTY COUNCIL.
£350 Loan.—Special Order making Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, the
Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves as fol-
lows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest
and other charges on a loan of £350, authorized to be
raised by the Whangamomona County Council, under the
above-mentioned Act, for reforming, grading, and metal-
ling the Mangaowata Road for about three-quarters of a
mile of the unmetalled portion, or as far as the money
will go, the said Whangamomona County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of 1½d. in the pound upon
the rateable value of all the rateable property of the
Mangaowata Special Rating District, comprising Sec-
tion 6, half of Sections 95, 96, and 97 (117 acres), half of
Section 91, and Section 2 (900 acres), and Sections 1, 3,
and 4, Block X, and part Section 2 (557 acres), Section 6,
and part Section 5, and Section 7 (380 acres), Block IX;
all in the Pouatu Survey District: and that such special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day
of July and the 1st day of January in each and every year
during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-
six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

The above special order was instituted at a special meet-
ing of the Council held on the 26th day of October, 1910,
and was confirmed at a meeting of the Council held on the
21st day of December, 1910, in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and the
Counties Act, 1908.

Green Island.

Borough Council, is published in accordance with
the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908.

BOROUGH COUNCIL OF GREEN ISLAND.
Special Order making a Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, the
Borough Council of Green Island hereby resolves as fol-
lows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest
and other charges on a loan of £6,500, authorized to be
raised by the Borough Council of Green Island, under the
above-mentioned Act, for water-supply, the said Borough
Council of Green Island hereby makes and levies a special
rate of 8d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all
rateable property of the special rating area comprising
the whole of the land comprised within the Green Island
Borough, with the exception of that portion known as the
Township of Burnside Extension, and that portion of the
south-western corner of the borough commencing at the
junction of the Brighton Road with the Mills Road and
the District Road, thence on the east by the Township of
Green Island to the north side of Muir Street, thence to-
wards the north by a straight line from last-mentioned
point to the intersection of the Brighton Road and the
western boundary of the borough, thence bounded towards
the west generally by the Brighton Road to the point of
commencement; and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable half-yearly on the 17th day of May and
the 17th day of November in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-one
years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Passed at a special meeting of the Council held on the
29th day of November, 1910; confirmed at a special meet-
ing of the Council held on the 6th day of January, 1911.

County Council, are published in accordance with
the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order making Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, the
Matamata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,500, authorized to be raised by
the Matamata County Council, under the above-mentioned
Act, for road-formation on the Tirau—Okoroire Road,
being a road running from the Tirau Railway-station to
the road running from the Okoroire Railway-station to
the Okoroire Post-office, and connecting at a point near
the Okoroire Post-office, the Matamata County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/12 of a penny
in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable
property of the Patetere Riding, Matamata County, com-
prising the whole of the rateable area within the Patetere
Riding; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be
payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully
paid off, the rate of interest to be £3 10s. per centum per
annum. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan
out of the loan.
The above resolution was duly passed as a special order
at a special meeting of the Matamata County Council held
on the 23rd day of November, 1910, and confirmed at a
subsequent meeting of the said Council held on the 9th
day of January, 1911.
