MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, KATE WELTON HOGG, M.B., Bac. Surg. 1900, M.D. 1909, Univ. Edin., now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 1st May next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company at 63 Queen Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1911, at 7.30 o’clock in the evening, for the purpose of laying before the meeting an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and offering any explanation that may be desired relative thereto.

SPECIAL ORDER MADE BY THE CROMWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Cromwell Borough Council held on the 9th day of February, 1911, the following resolution was passed, and was duly confirmed at a special meeting of the Council held on the 21st day of March, 1911.
Resolution.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and its amendments, the Cromwell Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“ All subdivisions of the Borough of Cromwell shall be and the same are hereby abolished, and the said borough is hereby created an undivided borough, and the number of Councillors for such undivided borough is hereby fixed at eight Councillors.”
I, EDWARD MURRELL, Mayor of the Borough of Cromwell, hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Cromwell Borough Council held on the 9th day of February, 1911, and confirmed at a special meeting of the Council held on the 21st day of March, 1911.
In testimony whereof the common seal of the Borough of Cromwell hath been hereunto affixed.

THE SOUTH BRITISH FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND.
THE reconstruction of the above company into a limited liability company with extended powers having been completed, notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the Head Office of the South British Insurance Company (Limited), corner of Queen Street and Shortland Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 16th day of May, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of having any explanation which may be given by the Liquidators.
