Closing a Government Road in Block V, Hunua Survey District, West Taupo County.

(l.s.) ISLINGTON, Governor.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road in Hunua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate Area of the Piece of Land contained in the Road hereby stopped. Adjoining or passing through Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 3 36 Waimarino Native Reserve No. 6 V Hunua P.W.D. 28761 Green.

In the Land District of Wellington; as the said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waipa County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Puniu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tokatoka Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
