NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership existing between the undersigned, ARNOLD BRUCKMARN and ERNEST WILLIAM FREDERICK LUTZ, carrying on business as Butchers, at 252 Willis Street, Wellington, under the style or firm of “W. E. Lutz and Co.” has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 14th of March, 1911. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by the said ERNEST WILLIAM FREDERICK LUTZ, who will carry on the business on his own account as “W. E. Lutz and Co.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto subsisting and carrying on business at Wellington under the style or firm of “Woodhouse, Trower, and Co,” as Sharebrokers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 11th day of March, 1911. Mr. A. S. Biss, of Wellington, Accountant, will wind up the affairs of the said partnership, and is authorized to receive all moneys owing to the said firm.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1903, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Mr. Henry Ivory, Public Accountant, T. and G. Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Friday, the 31st day of March, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908, that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at 106 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, on the 7th day of March, 1911, at 12 o’clock noon, the following resolutions were passed :—

  1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up accordingly.

  2. That STANLEY G. CHAMBERS be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
