DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE partnership hitherto existing between GILBERT
KENNEDY PASLEY and ROBERT JOHNSTON, of Gis-
borne, Merchants, &c., trading under the style of
“Pasley and Johnston,” has been mutually dissolved as
from the 28th day of February, 1911.
The said GILBERT KENNEDY PASLEY will pay all the
debts of the late firm, and is entitled to receive all debts
owing the late firm.

In the matter of Kirk and Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-
named company duly convened and held at the
registered office of the said company, 77–79 Bond Street,
Dunedin, on the 20th day of February, 1911, the follow-
ing special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said
company also duly convened and held at the same place
on the 7th day of March, 1911, the following resolution
was duly confirmed—namely, That Kirk and Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily.
And at such last-mentioned meeting PETER BARR, of
Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the
purposes of the winding-up.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter
of the Wellington Harbour Ferries (Limited), a com-
pany duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1903;
and in the matter of a petition by the above-named
company for confirmation of reduction of capital.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of this Court
approving the reduction of the capital of the above-
named company from £35,000 to £21,853 12s., and a minute
showing the capital of the above company to be now
divided into 27,317 shares of 16s. each, have been respec-
tively registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies
at Wellington.

a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act,
1882; and in the matter of a petition by the above-
named company for confirmation of reduction of capital.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of this Court
approving the reduction of the capital of the above-
named company from £50,000 to £44,930 14s., and a minute
showing the capital of the above company to be now divided
into 49,923 shares of 18s. each, have been respectively
registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies at
Wellington.

Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery, New Zealand,
1911, and now residing at Alexandra, Otago, do hereby give
notice that I intend to apply on the 6th day of April,
1911, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of
the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited
the evidence of my qualification at the office of the Regis-
trar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership lately
subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on
business at Wharerangi as Fruit-farmers, under the style
or firm of “Brenchley and Son,” has this day been dis-
solved by mutual consent.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be
received and paid by the said GEORGE BRENCHLEY, who
will continue the said business in his own name.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-
named company duly convened and held on the 24th
day of February, 1911, the following special resolution was
duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general
meeting duly convened and held on the 10th day of March,
1911, the following resolution was duly confirmed,
namely :—
That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that VINCENT

In the matter of the Oamaru Harbour Board Ordinance,
1874, and of the Oamaru Harbour Board Enabling Act,
1910.
NOTICE is hereby given that the principal and in-
terest due in respect of all mortgages given under
the provisions of the Oamaru Harbour Board Ordinance,
1874, which have already been drawn for payment will,
on or after the 30th day of June, 1911, be paid on pre-
sentation of such mortgages at any of the branches of the
National Bank of New Zealand (Limited) in London or
New Zealand. Interest will cease after the above-men-
tioned date.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL.
THE MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.
THE Council of the County of Waimairi hereby gives
public notice that at a meeting of the Council held
on 23rd of January, 1911, the said Council resolved that
the above Act should be brought into operation in the
Waimairi County District on the 1st day of March, 1911.
