ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirteenth day of February, 1911.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Karioi–Rangiwaea Road, commencing at its junction with the Owhakura Road, and proceeding generally in a northerly direction through part of Rangiwaea Block, Block XIII, Karioi Survey District, and terminating at and including the bridge over the Wangaehu River, being a distance of 4 miles 20 chains or thereabouts : as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28505, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Pipiriki–Waiouru Road, commencing at the crossing of the Mangateitei Stream on the eastern boundary of Ohakune Township, and proceeding generally in a south-easterly direction, fronting Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block V, Karioi Survey District, intersecting Section 14, and fronting Sections 26 and 4, Block V aforesaid; thence intersecting Rangiwaea No. 4 Block, Blocks VI and X, Karioi Survey District, and terminating at the crossing of the Tokiahuru Stream near Karioi Township, being a distance of eight miles or thereabouts : as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28493, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke County, known as the Kaitieke Road, commencing at the boundary between Sections 13 and 14, Blocks XI and XII, Kaitieke Survey District, and proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction fronting Sections 13, 11, 8, 2, and 1, Block XI aforesaid; thence along frontages of Sections 1 and 35, Block X, Kaitieke Survey District, and terminating at the eastern boundary of the Kaitieke Township Reserve, being a distance of five miles and a half, more or less : as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
