CHAMPION MINES (LIMITED).

THE following extraordinary resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Champion Mines (Limited) held in the Chamber of Commerce, Auckland, on 2nd February, 1911, at 11 o’clock a.m.:

  1. “That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders of the Champion Mines (Limited) that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, this company be now wound up under the Companies Act.”

  2. “That DOUGLAS ROLLO REVELL, of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CEASE CARRYING ON BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND.

Morison and McLean, No. 180 Featherston Street, in the City of Wellington, on Friday, the 3rd day of March, 1911, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, JOHN HORDERN and JOHN ORMISTON WHITE, carrying on business as Coachbuilders at Dunedin under the style or firm of “Hordern and White,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said JOHN ORMISTON WHITE, who will continue the business under his own name.

NOTICE is hereby given that SOUTHERN SALES (LIMITED), a company incorporated in New South Wales, intends to discontinue carrying on business in the Dominion of New Zealand. The business of SOUTHERN SALES (LIMITED) has been acquired and will be continued by the UNITED DISTRIBUTING COMPANIES (LIMITED), under the control of Mr. G. P. DARLOW, as heretofore, at his new offices, third floor Baker’s Buildings, corner of Hunter and Featherston Streets, in the City of Wellington.
