Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tataramoa B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of February, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said block of land shall be sold to Ernest T. Eruera at the sum of £972, being the present Government valuation thereof.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 1st day of February, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata No. 4G Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of February, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land in the said block, containing 318½ acres, be leased to Matthew Connor for forty-two years at 5s. per acre for twenty-one years, and at 5 per cent. on Government valuation for the remainder of the term of forty-two years.”

Dated at Wanganui, this 1st day of February, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South C No. 2, Section 3D, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Friday, the 24th day of February, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said land be leased to Henry Valder, of Hamilton, for a term of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first twenty-one years, 1s. 6d. per acre per annum; and for the second twenty-one years, 2s. per acre per annum.”

Dated at Auckland, this 4th day of February, 1911.
