Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Arai Matawai Block (or Waimata Reserve) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne, on Friday, the 10th day of March, 1911, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the said land be leased to such persons for such terms and in such subdivisions as the meeting shall decide, at rentals not being less than 5 per centum of the capital value of the land."

Dated at Gisborne, this 31st day of January, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Tuesday, the 21st day of February, 1911, at half past 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the resolution passed at a meeting of owners held at Wanganui on the 18th November, 1910, be amended so as to delete the distinction between owners who have parted with the timber rights and those who have not."

Dated at Wanganui, this 1st day of February, 1911.

"That the said land be sold to John Ernest Watkins, of Raglan, for the sum of 17s. 6d. per acre."
