NOTICE is hereby given that, the lease of the undermentioned land having been forfeited by resolution of the Hawke's Bay Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

Pastoral Runs in Southland Land District classified.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed to classify and report upon pastoral runs in Southland Land District have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the runs described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

SCHEDULE.
CLASS A.
Pastoral Lands.
Being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than 5,000 Sheep.
Run No. 150B: Area, 1,601 acres.—Situated in Taringatura Survey District, Southland County, and bounded on the north by Sections 186, 266, and 265; on the west by Sections 265 and 159; on the south by Sections 367 and 162A; and on the east by Section 186.
Run No. 491B: Area, 883½ acres.—Situated in Block IX, Tuturau Survey District, Southland County, and known as Section 32, and bounded on the north by Section 9, Block VIII; on the west by Sections 26 and 28, Block IX; on the south-east by Section 31, Block IX; and on the east by Section 22, Block IX.
Run No. 323: Area, 23,000 acres.—Situated in Eyre North, Eyreside, South Wakatipu, and Kingston Survey Districts, Lake County, and bounded on the north-east by Run 420A; on the east generally by a scenic reserve, by the Town of Kingston, a pre-emptive right, and by the Invercargill-Kingston Railway; on the south-west by the Mataura River; and on the north-west by Run 420A: excepting Section No. 6, Block IV, Kingston District, and a scenic reserve of 600 acres or thereabouts at the head-waters of Allen Creek.
Run No. 529: Area, 3,200 acres.—Situated in Wakaia Survey District, Southland County, and bounded on the north by Run 327A; on the east by Argyle Burn; again on the north by Run 327A; on the south-east generally by a fence; on the south by the southern boundary of Wakaia Survey District; and on the west by Switzers Commonage.
Run No. 323A: Area, 36,930 acres.—Situated in the Kingston and Rockyside Survey Districts, Lake and Southland Counties. Bounded towards the north by a pre-emptive right, by Kingston Township, and cemetery reserve, Block I, Kingston Survey District, and by Lake Wakatipu; towards the north-east by Crown lands; towards the south-east by Runs 359 and 447; towards the south-west by Run 214B; by Sections 10, 11, 18, and 19, Block III, Kingston Survey District; by Section 4, Block II, Kingston Survey District; and by the Mataura River; towards the west by the Invercargill and Kingston Railway; and ballast-pit reserve, Section 1, Block V, Kingston District: excepting Sections 1 and 2, Block II, and Section 7, Block I, Kingston District.
Runs Nos. 135 and 135A: Area, 4,320 acres.—Situated in the Taringatura District, County of Wallace. Bounded towards the north by Sections 263 and 369, Taringatura Survey District; towards the east by Run 149; towards the south by Section 119, Taringatura Survey District; and towards the west by Section 117, Taringatura District.
Run No. 424: Area, 2,410 acres.—Situated in New River Hundred, Southland County. Bounded on the north by the Waimatuku Stream and a public road; on the east by a public road; again on the north by Section 15, Block XVII; again on the east by Section 6 in the said block; again on the north by said Sections 6 and 15; again on the east by a lagoon, and by Section 4 in the said block; again on the north by said Section 4; again on the east by a public road; again on the north and on the west by Section 16 in the said block; on the north-east by Section 33 in the said block; again towards the east by a public road along the bank of the Oreti River; towards the south by Sections Nos. 29, 28A, 24, and 23, Block XV; again towards the east by said Section 23; again towards the south by a public road; and towards the south-west by high-water mark and by Waimatuku Stream aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioners appointed to classify and report upon pastoral runs in Westland Land District have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the runs described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

SCHEDULE.
CLASS A.
Pastoral Lands.
Being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than 5,000 Sheep.
Run 84: Area, 26,350 acres, whereof 15,000 acres is national endowment and 11,350 Crown lands.—Starting at the southernmost corner of Section 2007, situated in Block VI, Otira Survey District, 160 chains along the boundary; thence proceeding by right lines along the boundary of Scenic Reserve No. 999 first in a due east direction for a distance of 160 chains, thence in a due south direction for a distance of 40 chains, thence in a due south-west direction for a distance of 310 chains, thence in a due south direction for about 135 chains, thence in a due south-west direction about 120 chains, then due south about 35 chains to Holt's Creek; and there leaving the boundaries of the said scenic reserve and thence proceeding by an irregular line in a general south-west direction a distance of about 110 chains to a point on the south side of the main branch of Rolleston River, and thence following the main leading spur in a direction generally south by west for a distance of about 200 chains, topping the main range at a knob about 200 chains to the west of Arthur's Pass, and situated on the boundary
