Land temporarily reserved for Landing Purposes in the
Auckland Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first
section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that
the Governor may from time to time, either by general or
particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral
license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required
for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve
from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described
in the Schedule hereunder written, for a landing reserve.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland District, containing by
admeasurement 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being
Lot 46 of Section 3, Village of Panmure. Bounded towards the north-east by a stream; towards the east by the
Tamaki River; towards the south by a public road, 200
links; towards the west by Lot 47 of Section 3 aforementioned, 250 links; and towards the north-west by Lot 45 of
the aforesaid Section 3, 217 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on plan
marked L. 7361/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,

Land temporarily reserved for a Public Recreation-ground
in the Auckland Land District.

range reserve), and again by Crown land; and towards the
west by Crown land: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 1391/16, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

in the Town of Rotorua, Auckland Land District.

particular description, and whether the same has been
surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral

for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres and 33 perches, more or less,
being Lot 12 of Block L, Town of Rotorua. Bounded towards the north by Froude Street, 310·2 links; towards the
east by Nelson Street, 430 links; towards the south and
south-east generally by the Puarenga Stream; towards the
west by a line in continuation of the eastern boundary of
Lot 11 and by Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, 4, and 3, Block L, Town
of Rotorua, 640 links; again towards the north by Lots 5,
6, and 7 of the aforesaid block, 375 links; and again
towards the west by Lot 7 aforesaid, 275 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5463/3, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

this sixth day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven.

Block XIII, Waingaromia Survey District, Kanakanaia
Settlement, 40 links; towards the north-east by the Inland
Waiapu Road, 376·6 links; towards the south, south-west,
and north-west by Section No. 5 of the said Block XIII,
138·4, 138·6, and 329·1 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. 19383/34A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

All that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being
Section No. 1 (formerly portion of Section No. 6),
Block XIV, Waingaromia Survey District, Kanakanaia
Settlement. Bounded towards the south-west, north-west,
and north-east by the Inland Waiapu Road, 319, 157·2,
and 402·1 links respectively; and towards the south-east
by Section No. 6, Block XIV aforesaid: be all the afore-
