A T a meeting of the Patea Freezing Company (Limited) held at the registered office of the company on the 23rd day of April, 1910, the following resolution was duly passed under and in pursuance of section 259 of the Companies Act, 1908. The following resolution was duly entered in the minute-book of the company, and signed by the whole of the members thereof in pursuance of subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908 :-
“ That the Liquidator be authorized to sell the company’s business, undertaking, and property, with the exception of the book debts, to the Patea Farmers’ Co-operative Freezing Company (Limited) on the terms set out in the two agreements now produced and read and certified for the purpose of identification by H. Halliwell.”

I, PETER HERBERT METCALFE, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England 1876, now residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 30th November next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
I T is mutually agreed between us, the undersigned, the members of the firm of RUSHBROOK AND BRIDGMAN, that the partnership business hitherto carried on by us in the City of Auckland be dissolved as on and from the 5th day of February, 1910, by the retirement therefrom of the undersigned William Nathaniel Rushbrook.
