NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, WILLIAM HENRY WALKER, EDITH WALKER, JAMES GRANT DUNCAN, and GEORGE BELL, carrying on business as Sawmillers at Karamea, under the style or firm of “Walker, Duncan, and Bell,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Grant Duncan, who will continue to carry on the said business solely in his own name.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE WALTER DOWLING and GEORGE ALEXANDER DAWSON, carrying on business as Indent Agents and Manufacturers’ Agents at Wellington, under the style or firm of “Dowling and Dawson,” has been dissolved as from the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Persons having claims against the said late firm are requested to send in their claims on or before the fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten, to Messrs. Clarke and Menzies, Professional Accountants, 197 Lambton Quay, Wellington, to whom all accounts due to the said late firm must be paid.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Kaiapoi Woollen Manufacturing Company (Limited); and in the matter of the Company’s Memorandum of Association.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court at Christchurch by the above-named company to confirm a special resolution of the company unanimously passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 26th day of August, 1910, and subsequently unanimously confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said company held on the 16th day of September, 1910, and which resolution runs as follows:—

“That the provisions of the memorandum of association of the company shall be altered by incorporating in the said memorandum of association the respective words and figures set out in the paper writing now produced to this meeting marked ‘A,’ and signed by the Chairman of Directors, or so much thereof as may be sanctioned by the Supreme Court.”

And notice is hereby further given that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Supreme Court, at Christchurch, on Friday, the 18th day of November, 1910, and that all persons interested in the said company, either as creditors or otherwise, desirous of opposing the making of an order for confirmation of the said resolution under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, personally or by counsel, for that purpose. And also that any creditor who desires to oppose the making of the said order is required to formulate the objection in writing, and file the same in the Supreme Court, Christchurch, and serve a copy of the same upon the said company on or before the 11th day of November next ensuing.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between ALFRED JOHN BUDGETT and GEORGE PERCY HERCULES DAVIDSON, in the business of Wool and Skin Buyers carried on by them in the City of Wellington and elsewhere, has been dissolved as from the 29th October, 1910, by mutual consent.
