NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions, passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 26th September, 1910, were duly confirmed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting held on the 13th day of October, 1910:-
"(1.) That the Mount Zeehan Gold-mining Company (Limited) be placed in voluntary liquidation under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that THOMAS GEORGE DE RENZY, Auckland, agent (the Chairman of Directors), and WILLIAM GRAY, Auckland, accountant (the Secretary), be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.
"(2.) That the remuneration of the Liquidators be fifty guineas (or twenty-five guineas each)."

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, No. 205 Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 29th day of November, 1910, at the hour of half past 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the Liquidator’s account, showing his acts and dealings, and the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its assets disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 30th day of November, 1910, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to HERBERT DOUGLAS VICKERY, of 37 Panama Street, Wellington, the Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

PURSUANT to the Mining Act, 1908, the undersigned, the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Lawrence, a body corporate under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, hereby apply for a license for a water-race as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.

Resolved, “That in consequence of the decision of the Court of Appeal in connection with the flotation of the company, the company be placed in voluntary liquidation under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that WILLIAM GRAY, of Auckland, Company Secretary, be appointed Liquidator.”
