Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hukatere Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi, Kaipara, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of November, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be vested in the Board for leasing under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohauroa will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pahi, Kaipara, on Tuesday, the 22nd day of November, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be vested in the Board for leasing under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopironui B2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the office of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board, at Auckland, on Friday, the 18th day of November, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“ 1. That the said land be leased to A. Southey-Baker, of Auckland, merchant, for a period of twenty-one years, at a rental of £120 per annum, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of £150 per annum, subject to a suitable reserve for the occupation of the owners.
“ 2. That the said land be leased to A. Southey-Baker, of Auckland, merchant, for a period of twenty-one years, at a rental of £75 per annum, subject to a reserve for the occupation of the owners.
“ 3. That a portion of the said land be leased to A. Southey-Baker, of Auckland, merchant, for a term of twenty-one or forty-two years, upon terms and conditions agreed upon by the Tokerau Board.
“ 4. That the western portion of the block, containing 400 acres, more or less, be leased to Robert Mackie and James Mackie, of Woodhill, farmers, for a period of twenty-one years, at a rental of £24 per annum, with a right-of-way or road 1 chain wide over the balance of the land as the lessees may select without unnecessarily inconveniencing the Native owners.”

“ That the said land be vested in the Board for leasing under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 67, Block X, Mimi Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitara, on Saturday, the 12th day of November, 1910, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the offer by the Crown to purchase at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”
