Notice of Intention to take Land in Block II, Waiwera
Survey District, Waitemata and Rodney Counties, for
Road Purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the
provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute
a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road
in Block II, Waiwera Survey District, and for the
purposes of such public work the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is
hereby further given that the plan of the land so required
to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Waiwera, and
is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by
the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the
said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of
such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such
writing, within forty days from the first publication of this
notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

The parcels of land required to be taken:—

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as
above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Provincial District
of Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the

a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in
Block XV, Waikohu Survey District, and for the purposes of
such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given
that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited
in the post-office at Patutahi, and is there open for in-
spection; and that all persons affected by the execution of
the said public work or by the taking of the said land should,
if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of
the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth
the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister
of Public Works, at Wellington.

Approving and Appointing a Bonded Tobacco-factory.

IN exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested
by the Tobacco Act, 1908, I, the Minister of Customs,
do hereby approve and appoint the undermentioned pre-
mises to be a bonded tobacco-factory, in which, under the
provisions of the Tobacco Act, 1908, tobacco may be manu-
factured prior to the payment of duty thereon, namely :—

Port of Wellington.

Part of the ground floor of a brick building, roofed with
iron, known as the Stock Exchange Building, situated at
the corner of Featherston and Panama Streets, City of
Wellington, to be known as

SIGALL’S BONDED TOBACCO-FACTORY.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this twenty-

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this
purpose vested, I, the Minister of Customs, do, by
this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appoint-
ment of the undermentioned warehouse for the reception
and security of goods entered to be warehoused without
payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely :—

Port of Wellington.

The warehouse known as

HARRIS’S TOBACCO-FACTORY,

as appointed and described in Minister’s Order No. 813,
of the 13th day of July, 1906.
