SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 116 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block II, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 25, Block XIV, Matiri Survey District; towards the eastward by Section No. 60 of the before-mentioned Block II; towards the south and again towards the east by part of Section No. 59 of Square 170; towards the south-east and south-west by the main Nelson-West Coast Road; towards the north-west and south-west by Section No. 132 of the before-mentioned Block II; and again towards the north-west by Section No. 123, Block XIII, Matiri Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5458/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for Municipal Purposes in the Village of Te Kuiti, Auckland Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for municipal purposes.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section 17, Te Kuiti Village, situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 15, Te Kuiti Village; towards the south-east by Sections 16 and 18 of the aforesaid village; towards the south-west by Section 19 of the aforesaid village; and towards the north-west by a public road, 100 links wide: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5440/11, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved in the Auckland Land District for the Use and Support of Aboriginal Natives.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the use and support of aboriginal Natives.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 568 acres, more or less, situated in

Block XII, Tapapa Survey District, being portion of Section 59, Selwyn Settlement. Bounded towards the east by a scenic reserve, the crossing of a public road, and Crown land, a total distance of 7265·8 links; towards the south-east by Whaiti Kuranui (Native land), 7577·2 links; towards the west generally by the Rapurapu Stream; and towards the north-west generally by the Kaimai Road and Whaiti Kuranui No. 6A No. 1 Native land, 1584·1, 171·6, 385·7, 259·3, 439·5, 546·3, 267·3, 461·3, 751, 116·8, 253·7, 385·3, 335·6, 355·8, 528·5, 232·2, and 5911·3 links, to the place of commencement: exclusive of a public road which intersects the above-described area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked 19315/467, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Land temporarily reserved for a Site for a Roadman’s Cottage in the Taranaki Land District.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a roadman’s cottage.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 10·5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 15, Block XIV, Ngatimaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 1, Block XIV, Ngatimaru Survey District, 322·6 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 1, Block XIV aforesaid, 402·6 links; towards the south by Tututawa Road, 522·5 links; and towards the south-west by Section No. 1, Block XIV aforesaid, 245·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1910/1887, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
