powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation, and in lieu thereof do hereby direct that the said bridge shall, from and after the date of this Warrant, be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Raglan County Council; and, in further pursuance of the aforesaid powers and authorities, I do hereby fix and determine that the cost of maintaining, repairing, improving, or reconstructing the said bridge shall be apportioned as follows: The Raglan County Council to pay fifty per centum, the Ngaruawahia Town Board to pay thirty per centum, and the Waipa County Council to pay twenty per centum of such cost respectively:

And I do also hereby further direct that the contributions hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Ngaruawahia Town Board and Waipa County Council for the purposes aforesaid shall be paid from time to time in the proportions hereinbefore prescribed out of the funds of the said Town Board and County Council respectively, within a period of thirty days after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Raglan County Council, and such payments shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Raglan County Council for and on account of such Town Board and the Waipa County Council.

SCHEDULE.

That bridge over the Waipa River, known as the Waipa River Bridge, situated opposite the northern end of Herschel Street, in the Town of Ngaruawahia; as the site of the said bridge is indicated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27418, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red, and marked A–B.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Arrangements for First Election, &c., Tauhei Drainage Board.

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Board of Trustees of the Tauhei Drainage District, as constituted under the Land Drainage Act, 1908; also to appoint Monday, the 24th day of October, 1910, to be the date, and the residence of the manager of the Tauhei Creamery, at Tauhei, to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Wednesday, the 26th day of October, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the day and the hour, and the said residence of the manager of the Tauhei Creamery, at Tauhei, to be the place, at which the first meeting of trustees shall be held.
