THE following special orders, made by the Cook County Council, are published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908.

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.

Special Order made on 26th day of August, 1910; confirmed on 28th day of September, 1910.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Cook County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,600, authorized to be raised by the Cook County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for widening, forming, and metalling Riverside Road, and formation of footpath, the said Cook County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Riverside Special Rating District, comprising Sections 18, 19, 22, 25 to 28, Whataupoko G; Sections 5, 6, 7 of 1 F; Sections 2 of 4, 1 and 3 of 5 F; 1 of 6 F; Section 3 of 6 and 7 F; 8, 9 F; 1 and 2 of 10 F; Section 11 F; Sections 1, 2, and 3 of 12 F; 13, 1 and 2 of 14 F; 15, 16, 17, 18 to 21 F; 22, 1 and 2 of 23 F; 24 and 25 F; Section 1 of 1 F; all in Whataupoko Block; Sections 20, 21, and 17 G, Whataupoko: and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off; the rate of interest to be 3½ per cent.

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cook was hereto affixed, in the presence of—

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Cook County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the Cook County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for erecting a bridge across the Mangaheia Stream, and the approaches thereto, the said Cook County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mangaheia Special Rating District, comprising Section 1, Block III, Uawa Survey District; Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, Mangaheia 2 D; Section B 1, Mangaheia 2; Lot 5, Mangaheia 2; Small Grazing-run 46, Mangatokerau; No. 1 C, No. 2 B, Kokotieko; Sections 10, 11, Mangaheia No. 2 D; Section E, Mangaheia 2; Section 4, Block I, Uawa 2, Block XIII, Tokomaru Survey District; Section F, Mangaheia 2; Mangaheia 2 B; Mangaheia 2 B 2; Mangaheia 2 D; Lots 2 and 3, Mangaheia 2; Sections C and G, Paomahaki; Mangaheia 2; Sections A and O, Mangaheia No. 2; Sections K, L, H, and N: and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-two years, or until the loan is fully paid off; the rate of interest to be 4 per cent.
