ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of September, 1910.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37, of the twentieth day of the same month, a license was granted to James Park, of Hokitika; Henry Burrough, of Wataroa; Frederick Arthur Boyes, of Hokitika; and Charles Frederick Allen Cambrige, Frederick John Butement, and Horace James Grant, all of Cameron’s, Greymouth; trading under the style or firm of the “Wataroa Flax-mill Company” (hereinafter called “the licensees”), to use and occupy a portion of the foreshore and land below low water at Okarito, in the County of Westland, in order to construct and maintain thereon a wharf and shed in the position shown on the plan marked M.D. 2818, deposited in the office of the Marine Department, at Wellington, and upon and subject to the terms and conditions therein set forth:
And whereas the licensees desire that the said license should be revoked, and it is desirable that this should be done:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of all the powers enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby revoke and determine the said recited Order in Council of the tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and five, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section fifty-one of the Judicature Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, and with the concurrence of His Honour the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and His Honour Mr. Justice Cooper, a Judge of the said Supreme Court, doth hereby make the following rule, and doth declare that such rule shall take effect on and from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and ten:—
Rule 581A. Table D, Fees payable to the Registrars of the Supreme Court, in the Third Schedule, is hereby amended by adding at the end of item nine, after the word “tried,” the words “and by appellant on all appeals.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Central Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Waipukurau, and such persons as shall hereafter be admitted members of the said association agreeably to the rules of the said association and the provisions of the said Act, into a body corporate under the style and title of “The Central Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Waipukurau.”

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Point Chevalier Road Board lately took steps, under section fifteen of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, to borrow the sum of two thousand pounds for the purpose of a water-supply: And whereas the special order making the special rate for the payment of interest and other charges in respect of the said loan was not correctly advertised, inasmuch as the dates for the payment of the half-yearly instalments of the special rate, although duly stated in the special order as passed by the Board, were omitted in the newspaper advertisements: And whereas it appears that the rate-payers have not been misled by such irregularities, and it is expedient to validate the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section one hundred and twenty-one of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby validate the said special order, and doth hereby declare that the proceedings relative to the said loan shall not be called into question by reason of the irregularities aforesaid.
