Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the seventy-seventh section of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land it shall be necessary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for selection:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Native Land acquired by His Majesty declared to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and thirty-eight of the Land Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that whenever the Governor is satisfied that any Native lands acquired by the Crown in any way, or purchased out of any sums authorized or to be authorized to be issued and expended in the purchase of lands in the North Island of New Zealand, are free from Native claims and all difficulties in connection therewith, he shall, by Proclamation, declare such lands to be Crown lands, subject to be sold and dealt with as in the said Act is more particularly mentioned: And whereas the land hereinafter mentioned has been acquired by the Crown:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
ERRATA.—In the Schedule to the Notice of Taking and Laying-off of Roads in Blocks I, III, IV, VI, VIII, IX, XII. and XV, Mohaka and Waihua Survey Districts, published in Gazette No. 81, page 3322, of 1st September, 1910, for “III, Mohaka,” opposite the area of 0a. 1r. 38·6p., Pihanui No. 2, and under the headings “Situated in Block” and “Situated in Survey District of.” read “XIX, Waiau.”
In Schedule to Proclamation, dated 18th August, 1910, taking land in the Opaki Ballast-pit for the purposes of a railway connecting with the Wellington-Napier Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 79, of 25th August, 1910, pages 3226 and 3227, for “3a. 3r. 27·3p.” read “3a. 3r. 29·3p.”
