OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Ohinemuri County Council to execute a certain public work, to wit, a road through the block of land called the “Waitoki Block,” in the County of Ohinemuri, and for the purpose of such public work to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the amendments thereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto.
And notice is hereby given that a copy of the plan of the said land so required to be taken is deposited at the offices of the Ohinemuri County Council, at Paeroa, in the said county, and is there open for public inspection.
And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Ohinemuri County Council, at its office in Belmont Road, Paeroa.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Shareholders in the above company will be held at the office of Mr. C. A. Loughnan, Solicitor, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, on the 26th day of September, 1910, to receive report, pass all accounts, and finally wind up the business of the said company.

THE MARLBOROUGH CO-OPERATIVE NEWSPAPER AND PRINTING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the Club Hotel, Blenheim, on the 29th day of August, 1910, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly; and that JONATHAN DAVID IREMONGER, of Blenheim, be and is appointed Liquidator.”

(LIMITED), Manufacturers and Merchants, a foreign company, having its registered office at Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, having for some time past carried on business in Bath Street, at Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago, and Dominion of New Zealand, intend and will, on the expiration of three months after publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, cease to carry on the business of manufacturers and merchants or any other business in New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between THOMAS FRANCIS RICHARDS and ANNIE ELIZABETH EYRE, carrying on business as Storekeepers at Cambridge under the style or firm of “Richards and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of August, 1910.
All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Thomas Francis Richards, who will continue carrying on the said business under the style or firm of “T. F. Richards and Co.”
