In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Enterprise Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above company held in the company's office, Vogel Street, Dunedin, on the 12th day of August, 1910, the following resolution was duly passed :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that CHARLES STEPHEN REEVES be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

And at a subsequent meeting of the members of the said company duly convened and held at the same place on the 31st day of August, 1910, the aforesaid resolution was duly confirmed.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by the undersigned in Carlyle Street, Napier, under the firm-name of “Graham and Casey,” Coachbuilders, was this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business has been purchased by Messrs. HORTON AND BATE, Coachbuilders, Napier, who will collect all outstanding accounts due to the late firm; and Mr. CASEY will discharge all the liabilities.
