Land taken for the Purposes of a Native School in Block II,
Marokopa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act,
1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes of a
Native School in Marokopa Survey District:

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities
in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said
Native School; and I do also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

served and performed:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,

Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
