NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Greytown on the 6th day of September, 1910, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Wellington on the 22nd day of September, 1910, to hear and determine the application set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said application are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

The Native Land Court Act, 1894.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of the land known as Pepepe Lots 111 and 130; and in the matter of an application by Te Rawainga Hira Karaka, under section 39 of the said Act, for inclusion as part successor to the interest of Taati Karaka, deceased, herein, order for which was made by the Native Land Court on the 8th day of February, 1896.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it appears that the said order was made in error: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, and by section 433 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I hereby order that the said order of the Native Land Court, dated the 8th day of February, 1896, be and the same is hereby cancelled, and I hereby further order that a fresh succession order in lieu thereof be made in respect of the said interest in favour of the following persons, in the proportion set out after each of their names :—

The Native Land Court Act, 1894.
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application by Whitinui Hohepa, under section 39 of the said Act, to amend the succession order made on the 23rd day of May, 1899, in respect of the interests of Aterea Puna, deceased, in Lots 257 and 258 of the Parish of Pukete.
WHEREAS the above application has been referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported upon: And whereas it is found that the said order was made in error: Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said error, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, and by section 433 of the Native Land Act, 1909, I hereby order that the said succession order be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the names of Motutara Petera and Te Pahi Petera therein, and substituting therefor the following names :—
Ihaia Tanahira (m.).
Te Waamu Tanahira (m.).
Tirawahine Tanahira (f.).
