PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poyder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
JOHN HOLLYWOOD,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Te Aroha, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

Revoking Appointment of Postmaster to take and receive Statutory Declarations under the Justices of the Peace Act.

WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the thirteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten, Francis Claude William Godsiff, being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at St. Omer, was duly authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said appointment:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poyder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, do hereby notify and declare that the appointment of the said Francis Claude William Godsiff to take and receive statutory declarations as aforesaid is hereby revoked.
As witness my hand this nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
