SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay County, known as Maraetotara Road, commencing at a point in Section 2, Block VII, Kidnapper Survey District, about 195 chains from its junction with the Waimarama Road, and running generally in a south-westerly direction to a point near the first crossing on the Maraetotara Stream between Sections 4 and 5, Block XVI, Te Mata Survey District, a distance of six miles and a half, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27124 and coloured red, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

Extension of Time for Preparation of Glen-iti Riding Roll, County of Levels.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of August, 1910.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the preparation of the roll for the Glen-iti Riding of the County of Levels, and the taking of certain steps consequent on such preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times mentioned in the Counties Act, 1908, and it is expedient to extend the said times respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Counties Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the several dates mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be the respective dates for taking the several steps set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
- For preparing the defaulters list and the roll for Glen-iti Riding of the County of Levels: Until the 27th August, 1910.
- Time for which such list and roll shall be open for inspection: From the 27th August, 1910, to the 15th September, 1910.
- Time for appeals against the said roll: Until the 30th September, 1910.
- Revision Court may sit for hearing applications with reference to the said roll, and adjourn: Until the 20th October, 1910.
- Time when the said roll, having been duly corrected and signed, shall come into force: On the 1st November, 1910.

Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Lands.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of August, 1910.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Vaccination Districts constituted.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor by the Public Health Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Mangapai District and the Paparoa District, and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into two vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Mangapai District and the Paparoa District, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names, as are set forth in a Proclamation bearing date the thirtieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and ten, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75, of the fourth day of August, page 3109.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and ten.

Notice of Intention to change the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in the Hawke's Bay Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, it is, amongst other things, enacted that the Governor may declare his intention to change, exchange, or alter the dedication of any public reserve now or hereafter vested in His Majesty or the Governor for any of the purposes named in Class II of the Second Schedule to the said Act, whether the same be granted or not; and in the case of any reserve made under the authority of section three hundred and twenty-one of the Land Act, 1908, if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to change the purpose of such reserve or any part thereof from the purpose or presumed purpose for which it was set apart to any other purpose, or if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to exchange any of the land comprised in such reserve for other land of equal value, to be dedicated to one or more purposes named in the said Class II, the Governor may, by notice gazetted, make such change, exchange, or dedication, as the case may be, and in such notice declare
