of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and de-
clare that I hereby resume possession of the land mentioned
in the Schedule hereto for the public purpose hereinbefore
mentioned, the same being part of the land held under pas-
toral license as aforesaid.

● SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Naseby Survey District, Otago Land
District, containing 1,200 acres, more or less, and being
part of Pastoral Run 219c. Bounded towards the south
by an east and west line starting from a point on the
boundary of the said run and the Naseby Commonage;
thence in a westerly direction 129 chains, more or less;
thence in a north-easterly direction by the boundary of
Run 306 for 106 chains, more or less; thence in an easterly
direction to the boundary of Run 219c and the Naseby
Commonage, 128 chains, more or less; thence in a south-
westerly direction for 112 chains, more or less, to the point
of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked 1910/1211, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder,
Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth
day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and ten.

Puketoi, and II, Mangapakeha Survey District, Masterton
County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder
Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of
the owners of the land mentioned in the First Schedule
hereto, and of the Masterton County Council, being the
local authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a road the land in Puketoi and Mangapakeha
Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described
in the First Schedule hereto.

Land taken for Road Purposes in Block XIII, Mangātu
Survey District, Waikohu County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work, to wit, for the purposes
of a road in Block XIII, Mangatu Survey District:

And whereas the Waikohu County Council has laid before
the Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and
also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron
Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the said road; and I do also hereby declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-
fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and ten.
