Lands in Ngatapa Settlement, Hawke’s Bay Land District,
open for Selection on Renewable Lease.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands are open for selection on renewable lease, and applications will be received at this office, and at the local Lands Office, Gisborne, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, the 14th day of March, 1910, under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1908,” and “The Land for Settlements Act, 1908.”

Section 1. Hilly pastoral country, in grass. About 80 acres agricultural. Soil fair to good, on clay subsoil; flats wet, but easily drained. Situated about twenty-four miles from Gisborne—twenty-three miles dray-road, one mile not formed. The improvements that go with the land consist of 61 chains fencing, valued at £24 5s.
Section 4. Hilly pastoral country, in grass. About 16 acres flat. Soil over a small portion not very good, rest fair. Frontage to Gisborne—Wharekopae Road, twenty-three miles from Gisborne. The improvements that go with the land comprise 68 chains fencing, valued at £34.
