Altitude, from 200 ft. to 300 ft. above sea-level. Undulating to level land, covered with fern, scrub, and rushes; soil fair to inferior in quality, loam and clay with patches of pipe-clay, on sandstone formation; watered by small stream. Situated about five miles from Wade Township by formed road.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, John Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
