In the matter of the Companies Act, 1903, and of the Complex Ore Refining Process (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Complex Ore Refining Process (Limited) duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, No. 14 Palmerston Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 14th day of March, 1910, the following extraordinary resolution for winding up the company voluntarily was duly passed:—
“Resolved, that it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company in general meeting, held on the 4th March instant, that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1903, and its amendments; and that ALBERT EDWARD BURCHER, of Auckland, Public Accountant, and JOHN RUSSELL be and they are appointed Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company, and that their remuneration be £25 pounds each.”

In the matter of the Southern Queen Gold-mining Company (No Liability), (in voluntary liquidation).
THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 14th day of July, 1910, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, at his office, Hobson Buildings, Shortland Street, Auckland, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such office, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
