A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Manawatu Railway to take further land in the City of Wellington, in addition to land previously acquired for the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Honourable Sir Robert Stout, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Chief Justice, Administrator of the Government in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Foxton—New Plymouth Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
And whereas it has been certified by the Minister of Railways that such land is not required for railway purposes: And whereas such land is situated in the Fitzroy Town District, the local authority of which has assented to the issue of this Proclamation:
And whereas His Excellency the Administrator of Government is of opinion that the said local authority can conveniently construct and maintain the said road:
