In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the Enterprise Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, held in the company’s office, Vogel Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 15th day of June, 1910, the following resolutions were passed :—

  1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its dredge having been sunk, continue its business, and that the company be wound up voluntarily under the Companies Act, 1908, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up.

  2. That Mr. C. S. Reeves be appointed Liquidator.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

WHEREAS a dealing has been presented for registration affecting Crown lease, Vol. 114, folio 1, of the Register-book, in favour of GRAHAM JOHNSTONE, of Whatawhata, Farmer, for Sections 52, 53, and 54 of the Parish of Karamu, and evidence adduced of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the said Crown lease: Now, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, without requiring the production of the duplicate Crown lease.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 158, folio 96, for Section 8, Block XX, Town of Mackenzie, whereof THOMAS NOTT MONK and WILLIAM ALFORD MONK, both of Conway Flat, Sheep-farmers, are the registered proprietors, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 174, folio 272, for part of Rural Section 320, Borough of Kaiapoi, whereof THOMAS PEARCE MABLY, of Kaiapoi, Draper, is the registered proprietor, and of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 59868, affecting the same land, in favour of MATILDA ANN WRIGHT, wife of ROBERT MARSHALL WRIGHT, of Ohoka, Surveyor, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title and to register a certain dealing affecting the said memorandum of mortgage, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate and register such dealing, dispensing with the production of the outstanding duplicate of the said memorandum of mortgage, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
