Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Maniapoto-Tuwharetoa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Ohura South C No. 1 Section 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hakiaha’s Hall, Taumarunui, on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1910, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land shall be leased to Joseph Smith, of Taumarunui, settler, for a period of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. of the then unimproved value for the balance of the term.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
THE Maori Land Board for the Maniapoto-Tuwharetoa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 67A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hakiaha’s Hall, Taumarunui, on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1910, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That two moieties of the said land be leased to John Frederick Waldegrave and Charles Norman Waldegrave, of Maketu, for a period of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. of the then unimproved value for the balance of the term.”

“ That the said land shall be sold to Alfred Julian, of Te Kuiti, settler, for the sum of £1 7s. 6d. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 61B, Parish of Waipa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Ngaruawahia, on Wednesday, the 13th day of July, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land shall be leased to Edwin John Wilson, of Ruakiwi, farmer, for a period of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and 1s. 6d. per acre per annum during the balance of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 199, Parish of Pukete, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranganui, Tuakau, on Tuesday, the 12th day of July, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Emilia Martin, of Ngaruawahia, for the sum of £4 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the Kaiwaka, Pakipaki, Motutieke, and Ngahinapouri Blocks will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranganui, Tuakau, on Tuesday, the 12th day of July, 1910, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the flax growing upon the said land be sold to Messrs. Lapwood Bros., of Tuakau, for the sum of £600. The cutting rights to extend over a period of three years and a half.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for lease, under the Native and Maori Land Laws Amendment Act, 1902, for a term of twenty-one years, with the right of renewal for further terms of twenty-one years, at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti, on Saturday, the 23rd day of July, 1910, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.
